Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you add the Pip Discord bot to a server, use its commands, or use its website and dashboard (together, “Pip”). Pip is operated by Clutch, France. By using Pip you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pip.

Using Pip

Pip Premium

Custom bots

If you link your own Discord application (“custom bot”) to Pip, you remain its owner and are responsible for it under Discord's Developer Terms. You authorize Pip to act as your hosting provider and run it on your behalf, only in the server you linked it to. Its token is stored encrypted and used for nothing else. You can unlink it anytime, which deletes the token; reset the token in the Discord Developer Portal if you stop using Pip.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pip running, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Discord can change or interrupt the services Pip depends on. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for data lost from your server, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data Pip stores and how to have it deleted.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Pip means you accept the changes. Questions: support@getpipbot.com.

Pip isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.
